B2B Sales Rep (Internship)

The Role
You will own the entire B2B partnership pipeline from discovery through deal closure. This is a hands-on position that requires you to wear multiple hats, think strategically, and move quickly.
Your Responsibilities
Cold Outreach. Identify potential B2B partners using AI-powered databases, Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and direct research. You will build targeted prospect lists, source key decision-makers, and reach out directly to establish relationships with companies interested in booking sports experiences for employees, clients, incentives, and team events.
Business Development. Proactively approach not only travel agencies and tourism partners, but also corporate companies, HR teams, employee engagement departments, event agencies, and brands that could benefit from Homefans experiences as part of their internal culture, incentive programs, or client entertainment strategies.
Market Research. Analyze key verticals and industries that align with corporate sports bookings. Understand what drives purchasing decisions, seasonal demand patterns, and pricing sensitivity in your target markets.
Corporate Presentations. Create pitch decks and presentation materials tailored to each prospect. You will adapt messaging based on industry vertical, company size, and stated needs.
Pipeline Management. Use Monday.com to track all leads, opportunities, and deals at every stage. You will maintain accurate data, flag bottlenecks, and ensure no prospect falls through the cracks.
Reporting. Build biweekly dashboards and reports that show pipeline health, conversion rates, and key metrics. Use data to identify what works and what needs adjustment.
Meeting Coordination. Schedule calls with prospects and internal stakeholders. Manage calendar logistics and ensure all parties have what they need to succeed in conversations.
Team Collaboration. Participate in weekly B2B meetings. Engage with sales, partnerships, and marketing teams to coordinate deal activations and ensure smooth handoffs.
What You Bring
- Based in a European timezone and available to work part-time hours initially
- Genuine interest in B2B tactics and how they apply within a direct-to-consumer marketplace
- Experience or willingness to learn tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Monday.com
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (nice-to-have)
- Detail-oriented. Accurate data in Monday.com and correct contact information matter.
- You move with urgency. Follow up promptly, keep prospects informed, push deals forward.
- Resourceful. Research companies independently. Write outreach copy that gets responses.
- Fast learner. You will pick up Monday.com workflows, Homefans tools, and internal processes on the job.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed fee of EUR 350 per month for all baseline responsibilities
- Quarterly commission of 5% on any B2B deal you source and close directly. Payment follows deal collection.
- Flexible hours with a part-time foundation. Opportunity to transition to full-time if performance warrants it.
