The transportation service is detailed in the "What you get" section. However, in group experiences, it is common for the local host to schedule a convenient meeting point, providing the opportunity for everyone to head towards the event together.

Our matchday starts before the stadium, at a Flamengo supporters’ bar, where we warm up like locals do, in a welcoming and family-friendly environment. From there, we head to Maracanã together!

For most matches, I secure tickets in the Flamengo ultras section, a safe area even for international fans and hands down the best atmosphere in the stadium. You’ll sing, jump, celebrate, and understand why Maracanã feels the way it does on a Flamengo night. Along the way, you’ll meet my friends, family, and other local supporters, making the experience even more personal and unforgettable. Groups are limited to a maximum of 15 people to keep everything authentic and well organized. For larger groups, additional local hosts join to ensure comfort, safety, and attention to every detail. My role is simple: take care of everything so your only job is to enjoy one of the most powerful football atmospheres in the world!

Welcome & Pre-Experience Coordination

Between 5 and 7 days before matchday, you’ll be added to a dedicated WhatsApp group with me. This is where you’ll receive all key information, including step-by-step guidance to complete your facial recognition (Face ID) registration smoothly and information needed for the experience.

Pre-Match Warm-Up at a Traditional Fan Bar

On game day, we’ll gather at a historic Flamengo fan bar just one block from Maracanã. It’s the perfect place to get into the matchday spirit, meet passionate locals, and enjoy delicious traditional food and cold drinks before heading to the stadium.

Heading to the Stadium

We’ll walk to Maracanã around 90 minutes before kickoff to ensure a safe and stress-free entry. Your ticket grants access to the “Short Side” section — right behind the goal, where the energy is intense and unforgettable.

Post-Match Wind Down

After the final whistle, we return to the same bar to celebrate, reflect, and enjoy a final round of drinks together. The experience wraps up here, giving everyone the freedom to head back on their own schedule.

Perfect experience with Matheus! We were a group of 15 (3 were small children) and everyone was well taken care of to enjoy! Matheus was wonderful from the before game day by helping us with the facial recognition requirement to enter the stadium. When we met him, he was super friendly and kind! Part of our group was from the US and my husband’s family is from Rio- everyone enjoyed!! We would highly recommend this tour with Matheus!
