Are my match tickets guaranteed?

Yes. If a match ticket is listed as included in your experience, your ticket is guaranteed as part of your booking. Depending on the experience, tickets may be arranged by your local host, Homefans, or one of our trusted partners. We'll make sure you receive the ticket and entry information you need before the match.

What exactly is included?

Everything included in your booking is listed in the What's included section above. This can include your match ticket, local host, pre-match activities, transport or other extras depending on the experience. Food, drinks and transport are only included when specifically stated.

When will I receive my ticket and matchday details?

After booking, your place is confirmed. Around a week before the experience, a WhatsApp group will be created with your host where you'll receive the latest details and can ask any questions. Your ticket information, meeting point, timings and any important entry instructions will be shared with you before matchday, so you'll have everything you need for the experience.

Who are the hosts on Homefans?

Our hosts are passionate local fans who know their club, city and matchday culture inside out. They’re there to help you experience the match like a local — from the pre-match atmosphere to getting to the stadium and enjoying the game together. Homefans hosts are verified by our team, and you can view your host’s profile, languages and reviews on the experience page.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Yes, you can request a cancellation. The terms that apply to your booking are shown on each experience page before you book. Day Tours: cancellations are accepted, and the refund depends on how far in advance you cancel. Trips: cancellations are accepted, and what you get back (refund or credit) depends on how far in advance you cancel. The service fee is non-refundable on guest cancellations. Can I contact someone if I have questions?

Yes. You can contact hosts directly on the platform before booking if you're unsure about anything. After booking, you'll receive the information you need to coordinate your experience, including how to communicate with your host. The homefans team is also always available for assistance.

What happens if the match date or kick-off time changes?

Sports fixtures can be rescheduled due to TV selections, competitions or other circumstances. If this happens, we'll update you as soon as possible and help you with the next steps according to our booking conditions.

Itinerario

1. 🤝 Meet your local host

We’ll meet at a previously agreed meeting point to begin the experience. To get into the matchday spirit, we’ll enjoy a complimentary drink before the game while getting to know more about Rayados, Monterrey, and the passion for football that runs through the city.

2. 🔵⚪Pre-match experience

We’ll walk toward the stadium and, depending on the team’s arrival time, we may have the opportunity to join other fans in welcoming the Rayados team bus, surrounded by chants, flags, and all the passion of the albiazul supporters. Afterwards, we’ll head to the stadium plaza, where we can enjoy live music or a DJ, food, drinks, and the festive atmosphere that takes over before every match.

3. 🎟️ Entry to Estadio BBVA

Stadium admission is included. We’ll enter Estadio BBVA together, and I’ll accompany you to our seats so you can enjoy the match and experience one of the best football atmospheres in Mexico.

4. 🏟️ Experience the match like a local!

During the game, you’ll feel the passion of the Rayados supporters up close—from the chants and shouts to the excitement of every play. I’ll be with you throughout the entire match so you can experience football the way we regios do: cheering, singing, and supporting our team until the final minute.

5. 🎉 Post-match experience: "El Tercer Tiempo”

The match ends, but the party continues! If Rayados gets the victory, we can stay and celebrate with the fans during the “Tercer Tiempo” (Third Half). The stadium corridors fill with supporters who continue celebrating to the rhythm of a DJ, creating a unique atmosphere to celebrate the victory and keep the party going after the final whistle. The activity lasts approximately one hour and is subject to the club deciding to organize it.

6. 👋Saying goodbye

At the end of the experience, I’ll make sure you get to a safe meeting point where you can take an Uber or, if you prefer, we can return together by Metro. The experience doesn’t have to end there. I was born and raised in Monterrey, and for many years I’ve had the privilege of attending Estadio BBVA almost every weekend to support my team, Rayados de Monterrey. This experience has allowed me to get to know not only the stadium, but also the best places and local spots to enjoy the pre- and post-match atmosphere, as well as everything that makes experiencing football in this city so special. I also had the opportunity to volunteer at the FIFA World Cup 2026 in Monterrey. It was an incredible experience that allowed me to meet people from different parts of the world. I love welcoming visitors, sharing my city, and making people who come to Monterrey feel comfortable and welcome. I really enjoy meeting new people, especially when I travel and have the opportunity to discover a city through the eyes of its local residents. I believe this is one of the best ways to truly experience a place—not only by visiting its tourist attractions, but by understanding how its people live, why certain traditions exist, and the stories behind each place. That’s why I’d like to offer visitors to Monterrey an experience that goes beyond simply attending a football match. I want them to feel like locals for a day, while discovering my city, sharing stories, culture, food, and all those little details that you won’t always find in tourist guides, but that can make an experience truly special.
