By entering, you confirm you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms").
The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or over at the time of entry who are residents of any country, except residents of Italy and of any country where the Giveaway is prohibited or restricted by law.
You must have a public Instagram account at the time of entry and at the time of the draw, so we can verify your entry.
Employees of Homefans, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the Giveaway may not enter.
The winner and their guest must hold a valid passport or national ID card, as Serie A match tickets are issued in the holder's name and ID is checked at the stadium.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The following rules apply to all entries:
One entry per person. Additional comments do not increase your chances and may be disregarded.
The 3 tagged accounts must be real people. Brand accounts, celebrity accounts, fake or bot accounts, and your own account do not count.
You must still be following @homefans at the time of the draw.
Comments must not be offensive, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate. We may delete any such comments and disqualify the entrant.
Entries made through automated software, bots or bulk-created accounts are invalid.
The Giveaway opens when the Giveaway video is published on @homefans on Tuesday 27 October 2026.
The Giveaway closes on Thursday 29 October 2026 at 12:00 noon CET (Central European Time, UTC+1). Comments posted after this time will not be counted.
The time of entry is the timestamp shown by Instagram. Our record of entries is final.
The prize is 2 match tickets for AC Milan vs Inter, Serie A Matchday 10, at Stadio Giuseppe Meazza (San Siro), Milan, on Saturday 31 October 2026, kick-off 20:45 CET. Seats are in a sector chosen by Homefans and will be together as a pair.
The prize includes the 2 match tickets only. Travel to and from Milan, accommodation, food and drink, insurance, spending money and all other costs are the winner's responsibility.
The tickets are valid for this match only. They cannot be exchanged, transferred or used for another match, date or event.
The prize is non-transferable to another person (other than the winner's guest named under section 6), and no cash alternative is offered.
If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we may replace it with a prize of similar or greater value.
One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries after the Giveaway closes on Thursday 29 October 2026, using an independent random comment-picker tool.
The winner will be announced by 13:00 CET on Thursday 29 October 2026 in the comments of the Giveaway video and/or an Instagram Story on @homefans, and contacted by direct message from @homefans only.
Because tickets are issued in the holders' names, the winner must reply to our direct message by 18:00 CET on Thursday 29 October 2026 and provide, for themselves and one guest: full name as on ID, date of birth, place of birth, nationality, ID document number, and an email address for ticket delivery.
If the winner does not reply in time, does not provide the required details, or is found to be ineligible, the prize is forfeited and we may draw an alternative winner under the same conditions.
Tickets will be issued in the names provided and sent electronically, by email and/or through the issuing club's official app, as the club requires. We are not responsible for incorrect details given by the winner.
Homefans will never ask for a password, payment or bank details to claim a prize. Any account claiming otherwise is not us; please report it.
Use of the tickets is subject to the ticket terms of the issuing club, the stadium regulations and Serie A rules. The winner and guest must follow them, including bringing valid photo ID matching the ticket.
Entry may be refused by the club or stadium (for example, for ID mismatch, banned items, or a stadium ban). Homefans is not responsible for refused entry, and no replacement will be provided.
If the winner's guest is under 18, they must be accompanied by the winner and meet the issuing club's admission requirements for minors, including any ID or accompanying-adult rules.
Kick-off time is set by Lega Serie A and may change. If the match is moved to another time or date by the organisers, the tickets remain valid for the rescheduled match where the club allows, and Homefans has no further obligation.
If the match is cancelled, played behind closed doors, or the tickets are voided by the club or authorities, Homefans is not obliged to provide a replacement or compensation, and any refund will follow the club's own policy.
We may disqualify any entry or entrant, without notice, if we reasonably believe they have broken these Terms, used multiple or fake accounts, tampered with the entry process, or acted dishonestly or offensively.
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta completely from any responsibility or liability in connection with the Giveaway. Any questions should be sent to Homefans, not Instagram.
This Giveaway is also not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by AC Milan, FC Internazionale Milano or Lega Serie A.
To the extent permitted by law, Homefans is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment arising from entering the Giveaway or accepting or using the prize, including travel disruption or match changes.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not recorded because of technical problems with Instagram or any network.
Homefans is the controller of personal data collected for the Giveaway. We use it only to run the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner and issue the tickets.
The winner's and guest's ID details will be shared with the ticket issuer only as needed to issue named tickets.
Data will be kept only as long as needed for these purposes, then deleted. Our privacy policy is available at homefans.com. Contact contact@homefans.com to exercise your data rights.
The winner agrees that their Instagram handle may be published to announce the result. The winner may be asked, but is not required, to take part in publicity.
We may amend, suspend or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances outside our reasonable control require it. Any change will be posted on @homefans.
Our decision on any matter relating to the Giveaway is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
