Joao was absolutely amazing! He made getting our tickets and navigating to the game an absolute breeze! He also provided alot of info for us on transportation, soccer history, and things to do around the city which was even amazing. He even bargained for us to not be charged too much while purchasing some of the jerseys outside of the stadium, lol. Would absolutely recommend!

I had a great experience attending the São Paulo vs Palmeiras derby at Morumbi with João as my guide through Homefans, one of the best experiences of my entire trip to Brazil. From the start, João's communication was excellent. He reached out right away after booking and in the days leading up to the match kept me well informed about everything. He even sent a map of the São Paulo metro system and explained exactly which train to take and where to get off. The meeting point was clearly explained and easy to find. On match day, João gave a great introduction to both clubs, the history of the derby and what to expect inside the stadium, including practical tips on what to wear and what to leave at the hotel, which as a first time visitor I really appreciated. What made it even better was how Homefans grouped everyone together. Each guide brought their own small group and they merged into one larger group, which made the whole experience much more social and fun. There were over 50,000 people at Morumbi that night and João and his fellow guides did a brilliant job keeping everyone together with great energy and positive vibes throughout, not just getting everyone safely into the stadium but also out again and back to the train or an Uber afterwards. Beyond the logistics, João is a genuinely warm, friendly and knowledgeable person who loves football and his club. Highly recommend!

João Pedro, our host, welcomed us with absolute warmth and availability from the very first moment. Always attentive, he made sure that no one had any problems getting to the meeting point at the São Paulo-Morumbi station. João guided us safely, and once we were near Morumbi, the experience became magical. We arrived with enough time to soak up the atmosphere: music, flags, chants, and cold beers. During the match, we were positioned in the best section, next to São Paulo's most passionate fans. Singing, jumping, and supporting the team alongside them was unforgettable. João made sure that everyone was comfortable, integrated, and safe at all times. The post-match experience was equally well organized: we returned by subway without any complications, accompanied by João, who was always attentive to everyone until he made sure everyone returned safely home or to their accommodation. In short, it was a complete, exciting, and well-accompanied experience. João was not only a guide, but a true host who proudly and passionately shared his love for São Paulo FC. Highly recommended for any football fan who wants to experience the sport as Brazilians do.

João did everything to guarantee a smooth experience. He gave detailed directions to the meeting point (very helpful for a first time traveler to São Paulo), interesting explanations about São Paulo FC and the murals and even helped us to find the best place to buy a jersey and cold beer. Even though not everything went as planned, he made the best out of the situation and took great care of us. All in all, It was a great evening and we had a wonderful time. If you are planning to visit São Paulo as a soccer fan, the matchday experience with João is a must do!

Really enjoyed the company of João. Top man with incredible knowledge about the São Paulo club. I was late for the game, but João waited for me patiently. What's funny is that my card wasn't working, and as an Indian, I didn't have Pix to pay the Uber driver. Luckily, João kindly paid on my behalf. Never have I met a more humble tour guide – truly one of a kind!

We were two friends, one knowledgeable about futebol, one who knew nothing, and Joao did a great job with both. Explaining simple things about the game, the team and its history to the newbie and going a bit deeper for the pro. He also brought us to some great food options and had some beers with us to warm up before the game. All around a fun time and I can definitely recommend visiting the stadium with Joao!

I had an incredible time at the São Paulo vs. Corinthians match at Morumbi, and João was a huge part of what made the experience so memorable. As a solo traveler, it was fantastic to join a group for such an exciting game—definitely a different vibe compared to going it alone. João was super chill and made the whole day feel relaxed and enjoyable. He took care of everything, from helping us grab beers and food to guiding us through buying shirts as souvenirs.
