The spread covers the full arc of an Argentine asado: it opens with homemade beef empanadas and a charcuterie and cheese board, moves into Choripán (pork sausage on bread, a sacred pre-main ritual) and a Premium Beef Sandwich, then builds toward the main cuts alongside traditional Argentine sides. It closes with an Alfajor tasting — Argentina's answer to dessert — and the option to round things off with a Fernet & Cola, the country's unofficial national drink.
