Born on Rio’s beaches, the goal is simple: keep the ball in the air using only parts of your body allowed in football: legs, head, chest, and shoulders, no hands allowed.

Whether you’re a beginner or already have some skills, the class is the perfect way to experience Rio like a true local (carioca) and get to know new people. Practice the fundamentals skills with the ball and play.
