São Paulo FC Matchday Experience

My time in São Paulo with Matheus was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we met, he made us feel like locals. He shared his deep passion for his football club. We learned about the history of the club, and joined other local fans for food and drinks. Matheus took care of every detail, from getting us safely to the game to making sure we understood the chants and traditions. The atmosphere inside the stadium was electric!! If you’re thinking about going to a game in Brazil, do it! One of the highlights of our stay in São Paulo.

I had an excellent matchday experience with Matheus. He was very friendly, communication was good and everything was well organized from start to finish. View was good in the stadium and it was great to be with a group of international travellers. Definitely recommend when you are in São Paulo!

If I could give zero review, I would. Avoid using this host. Got scammed for both matches in Sao Paolo. He will attempt to upgrade at a higher price outside HomeFans platform then provide the cheapest seat in the stadium that costs $5-10 with full obstruction of the pitch, no assigned seat and full sector where you can’t even get standing room place to watch the match. Left after 15 minutes after traveling all the way 8,000km. He will also book pre-match “experience” 30 minutes before match to avoid buying any drinks and streed food as included in the advertisement. It’s minor but everything he does is to maximize his own profit and make your experience a miserable one. He is a scalper/ticket gouger, nothing more. Avoid!

We had the most amazing and unforgettable experience with Matheus. He was organized, provide provided great communication, and most importantly, made us feel completely safe at all times. He provided a truly immersive, cultural experience before, during, and after the match! We had the best time and cannot recommend this event, highly enough! You should have no reservations about booking this event! Thank you again, Matheus!!!

One cannot visit Brazil and simply not watch a Futebal game! As a foreigner, I wasn't sure on the means to attend a Futebal game in Sao Paulo, since I don't have a CFP number. Google Ad algo eventually connected me with Homefans and, after a little research, I quickly realized that Homefans was the way to go! Matheus was very prompt in his communication, and he offered us a detailed guideline days ahead of game. Matheus didn't just grant us access to the game; he offered us an immersive cultural experience. Upon meeting the group at the meeting spot, we walked down the main street, where we stopped for beers, food & restrooms. Matheus gave us the footballing knowledge needed ahead of entry to the stadium. He also informed us of the players to watch. At the stadium, the atmosphere was exhilarating. As a novice photographer, Matheus indicated to us the right moments to capture photos. We all felt very safe in his company and enjoyed ourselves! If you're in Sao Paulo, Matheus is the one to connect with.

We had a wonderful time attending the São Paulo soccer match and would highly recommend booking this tour. Our main guide, Matheus, along with two other guides, João and Renan, took us safely to and from the game, answered any questions we had, and showed us the love they had for their team. The communication they provided was timely, proactive, and clear. Their ability to speak in English and Portuguese was so helpful for us visiting from USA. While the game was thrilling (and São Paulo won!) our favorite part was actually meeting the guides and all the other tour guests from so many different countries. There was a nice amount of time before and after the game to spend time together bonding over our shared loved of travel and football while enjoying great food and drinks. You should definitely book this tour!

This was truly amazing! Our host Matheus was super nice and helpfull. He picked us up at the shopping mall, from there we walked to the stadium with hundreds of other fans. Would defenitly recommend! Thanks Matheus!

Visiting Morumbi Stadium in São Paulo was an amazing experience! We went with a group of people from different countries, and everyone was super cool. With Matheus, our guide, we got to soak up the pre-game vibe, have a few drinks, and enjoy an awesome match. 100% recommended!
