Role Overview

As our Host & Product Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our supply network and shaping the experience product that travelers love and convert on. You’ll guide local hosts from onboarding to activation, while simultaneously working to optimise products, templates, and experience formats to drive growth and conversion. This is an entrepreneurial role — you’ll work across supply, product, growth and tech teams, and will help define how we scale further.

Key Responsibilities

Supply & Host Activation

  • Own the host onboarding funnel: from outreach → onboarding → listing live.

  • Activate new hosts in target cities through sprint programs (e.g., 10 hosts live per month).

  • Train and support hosts in creating high-quality listings: copy, visuals, & availability management.

  • Monitor host performance: responsiveness, cancellation rates, review scores, repeat bookings; take action when hosts underperform.

  • Collaborate with Supply Acquisition to identify top-host prospects and markets needing more depth.

Product & Experience Optimisation

  • Maintain and improve our evergreen product templates (single-day tours, matchday immersions, multi-day bundles).

  • Partner with Product & Tech teams to feed back host/traveller insights (what sells, what doesn’t) into roadmap decisions.

  • Define best-practice formats for experience listings: pricing tiers, inclusions, add-ons, upsells.

  • Work with Growth to identify high-performing destinations/hosts and scale those product formats.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with Tech/Product on host self-serve tools, dashboards, and host portal enhancements.

  • Work with Growth and CRM to ensure host/traveller experiences feed into conversion and retention loops.

  • Be the internal voice for hosts and product while helping to prioritise features that increase conversion, supply-utilisation and traveller NPS.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ years’ experience in either:

    • Supply-side management (hosts, creators, local partners) at a marketplace/OTA or

    • Product management or operations optimisation (experience product, travel, tours)

  • Proven track-record in driving execution in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

  • Excellent communication and relationship skills — you’ll deal with hosts across time zones and cultures.

  • Detail-oriented with strong operational discipline (onboarding flows, metrics tracking, templates).

  • Passionate about sports, travel, and local culture. A bonus if you’ve worked in sports/travel before.

  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, comfortable taking ownership end-to-end.

  • Highly collaborative, results-driven and able to work independently in a remote setup.

Bonus Points

  • Built or managed operational flows for creators, hosts, or partners.

  • Experience launching new supply or product formats in a travel or experiences marketplace.

  • Familiarity with platform tools (e.g., WooCommerce, Typeform, Monday.com) and reporting dashboards.

  • Native (or fluent) in English + another European or Latin American language.
