Role Overview

As Host & Product Success Manager, you’ll be at the center of scaling our supply side. You’ll help passionate local fans go from sign-up to live host, and ensure they deliver high-quality, authentic experiences in their cities. This role is instrumental in building out our supply network and shaping how hosts engage with Homefans.

You’ll act as both a coach and product strategist — helping hosts use templates, improving listings, and ensuring our top cities have a consistent supply of best-selling, evergreen products. You’ll be highly collaborative, flexible, and comfortable influencing both hosts and internal teams to raise the bar for quality.

This is a role for someone entrepreneurial, passionate about sports culture, and ready to roll up their sleeves to help build the world’s leading football sports platform.

Responsibilities

  • Own the host onboarding funnel
  • Support new hosts in choosing and customizing product templates
  • Run weekly activation sprints to get new hosts live
  • Maintain and improve the evergreen product template library
  • Track host responsiveness, review scores, and cancellation rates
  • Train and support hosts on messaging, UGC sharing, and availability
  • Troubleshoot product-related issues in collaboration with Ops
  • Liaise with Growth to flag great content and 5-star hosts
  • Build the foundation of a “Power Host” program with recognition, rewards, and visibility benefits
  • Partner with the tech team on host self-serve
  • Provide product feedback to Tech/Product for roadmap prioritization

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in product, or supply-side account management (marketplaces, OTAs, etc.)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Capable of driving execution across teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated track record of product leadership
  • Experience creating product messaging and delivering to customers and the media
  • Detail-oriented with experience managing onboarding processes
  • Passion for sports, travel, and local culture a big plus
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset — can work independently
  • Highly collaborative and results oriented.

  • Experience building operational flows for hosts or creators
  • Worked in a startup or fast-scaling environment
