Yesterday I got to experience a Galatasaray game it was an incredible experience and Arif was an amazing host and he taught us a lot of the chants and some amazing stuff about the team. Anytime you’re in Istanbul go to a Galatasaray game with Arif he’s the guy !!

The only thing at I can say about this amazing experience is just how good it is. Football in Turkey is more than just the game, it’s about eating the local food & drinking with the fans away from the Stadium. Arif our host took care of everything & ensured that we all had a 5 star experience. I can assure you that I will be returning once more to visit another one of the Istanbul teams very soon.

We wanted to watch a Galatasaray match during a few days in Istanbul and so we found homefans and Arif, a super nice guy who took care of everything, great service, great communication. He picked us up in the middle of Istanbul, we were able to enjoy the atmosphere in the city centre and went to the stadium together. Great experience, like being in the stadium with a friend. Perfect.

I booked through Homefans to see a Galatasaray game during my time in Istanbul. Arif was a great host! He took care of my ticket which is a slightly complicated provess in Turkey, then picked me up in the city from where we made our way to the stadium. In that area we picked up some matchday atmosphere and Arif told me a lot about Turkish football, Galatasaray and his job. Super nice guy, can definitely recommend while you're in Istanbul!

I experienced 3 matches in Istanbul in 3 days with host Arif who looked after me very well. I was primarily in Istanbul to witness the big derby between Fenerbahce v Galatasaray and the atmosphere and matchday experience did not disappoint. The game was not the best but that is football! I would recommend Arif as a host for any football match in the great city of Istanbul. I hope to be back soon!
