MATCHDAY by Setanta and Homefans Announce Exclusive Partnership to Deliver World-Class Sport Experiences to the Caucasus and Central Asia

Two pioneering sport experience companies unite to bring European and South American events to fans across an underserved region — starting in Georgia.

MATCHDAY, a Tbilisi-based sport experience company, and Homefans, the internationally renowned sport travel specialists, have announced an exclusive strategic partnership designed to bring authentic, premium sport experiences to fans across Georgia – and soon across Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and the wider region.

United by the same passion for the game and high standards for travel and hospitality, the partnership targets high-profile fixtures across Europe and South America. This season alone, they’ve already delivered more than 10 tours to marquee events across England, France, Italy, Argentina, and Brazil.

Beyond football, MATCHDAY by Setanta and Homefans are planning expansion into motorsport and participatory events such as international marathons – broadening the definition of what a “sport experience” can mean for fans in the region.

The geographic ambitions of the partnership don’t stop at Georgia. MATCHDAY has identified Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan as priority markets for next season, with further expansion across Central Asia and beyond already under active discussion.
