Live Napoli: A 3-Day journey through Football and Culture

This three-day Napoli match break was exactly the type of football trip I was hoping for. Roberto organized everything really well and made sure everyone in the group felt welcome from the start. The Napoli-Lecce game itself was fantastic. Lecce scored early which made the atmosphere tense, but the fans kept pushing the team forward. When Napoli turned it around in the second half the celebrations were unforgettable. Seeing the passion of the supporters inside the Maradona was something special. Beyond the match, the whole weekend gave us a deeper look at the city and its football culture. Roberto made it feel authentic and relaxed at the same time. I would definitely recommend this experience to any football fan visiting Naples.

The Napoli Match Break was the highlight of our trip to Italy. Roberto was an excellent host from the moment we arrived, helping the group settle in and sharing great stories about Napoli, Maradona, and what football means to the city. The match against Lecce turned out to be a great one. Napoli went behind early but the atmosphere inside the Maradona never dropped. When the team equalized right after halftime and then Politano scored the winner in the second half, the entire stadium erupted. Experiencing that moment surrounded by local fans was incredible. Spending three days with Roberto and the group made the whole weekend feel like a football trip with friends rather than just attending a match

Our stay in Napoli was absolutely amazing! Roberto went above and beyond in making sure that our walking food tour was exceptional. The food and drink selections were excellent, from the mozzarella di bufala to the pizza alla Margherita to the pizza fritta. I have to add that it was not only a food tour, but also a historical tour of the areas of the city that we covered. Although our main reason for the trip was the Napoli-Roma match (which was a great match, by the way), our time with Roberto made us feel the truly unmistakable match-day vibes of the city filled with Neapolitan pride. Before heading out to the stadium, we visited the "murales" of Diego Maradona, which only got us even more pumped up for the match. Roberto accompanied us to the Stadio Maradona and stayed with us as we passed through the turnstiles entering the stadium. It was such a memorable weekend and next time, we plan on staying a bit longer. I will definitely recommend Homefans to friends and family who are not only football fans, but also fans of Formula One.

Last weekend, our long-awaited trip to Naples was scheduled. It turned out to be a trip never to be forgotten! On day 1, we were welcomed by Roberto. Roberto was super friendly, easy-going and proactive. He was clear in his communication and took us to local hot spots. We started with a (local) pizza, then walked along the promenade and saw the underground Naples, everything was cool! Led by an enthusiastic Roberto, all we had to do was enjoy ourselves, he really arranged everything for us. Day 2 was all about the match. It became 1 to remember! We saw a beautiful mural of Maradonna. We saw a bustling city centre getting ready for the match and we experienced an intense match with a great result. After the match, Roberto took us back to a great bar. Here we were able to share our experience and enjoyed a delicious burger! Roberto thanks for the organisation!
