Alberto contacted me a week before the game and explained the process of face-id very good. We met at the subwaystation and together we travelled to the stadium. Alberto told me a lot about Botafogo during this trip. Near the stadium we took a beer and enjoyed the pre-game atmospere. Although the game ended in a draw, the match day experience was great! The stadium and the fans create an incredible atmosphere and you are right in the middle of it. Before you go, Alberto takes care of everything. He will give you excellent support. He gets in touch early enough to clarify all the details. And he is super organized. Alberto will be at your side from the meeting point until the return journey. On the way to the stadium, there is time to learn something about Botafogo and Brazilian soccer. Alberto is a pleasant conversation partner and he is very well informed - a real local fan. On the train and at the station, the fans create a great atmosphere. Together with Alberto and the fans, we head to the stadium. A beer is a must. You have an excellent view from the seats. The fans around you make a lot of noise. Pure passion. Amazing. Of course you join in. Between all the supporters, you become one of them. This is sport. This is football. It was a truly amazing experience. If you want to have a truly authentic football experience, Alberto is the right choice. He is truly passionate about his team, knows everything about them, even the behind-the-scenes stuff. The conversation with him was extremely pleasant and relaxed, while also giving us an insight into the everyday life of Rio/Brazil. All his instructions regarding the entire process, including buying tickets, attending the football match itself, getting to the stadium, and the pre-match atmosphere, were perfectly and clearly communicated. Alberto ensured that I had an amazing experience at a recent Botofogo match-day. From start to finish, he was welcoming, funny and informative. Alberto’s passion for Botofogo was amazing to see. He was so knowledgable about the team and his English skills are outstanding. Alberto’s seats had amazing views and were amongst the most passionate of supporters. The atmosphere was particularly special pre-game and when the team scored. Throughout the experience, Alberto clearly communicated information and next steps to ensure the night flowed smoothly. 11/10 experience. If you want the full Botafogo experience Alberto is the way to go. We went to the Botafogo Vs Flamengo game which could get really heated because it's a local derby. He picked us up at the metro station and brought us back to the hotel after the game. He knew everything about his club and even told us stories and facts during the game, for example when a player got subbed. He connected us with local fans which were all really kind and happy to host us at their stadium. We are all Botafogo fans now. Couldn't have been better, thanks again!

Couldn’t ask for better people to go to a game with, top blokes that sang their hearts out celebrated everything and made us feel welcomed as a local at the game. Couldn’t recommend more highly. An experience we won’t forget about.
