  The whole matchday experience was sensational, from trying out the local, getting the train to the game especially the firework display from the fans to pay tribute to a fan who recently passed away.Pietro was an amazing host, very informative , helpful but also a great person as well.

  Where do i start, Pietro is a top guy who is full of knowledge on Amsterdam and Ajax FC. He showed us around Amsterdam and we went for drinks before the match. The match was a great experience and would recommend everyone to book with Pietro! We were also joined with another group of guys and that was great as well meeting them. Thanks again Pietro!

  Pietro was super accommodating! Was able to get the experience of a lifetime with just a few days noticed. Walking around Amsterdam with authentic food and additional context about Ajax was also great. Would highly recommend!

  I really enjoyed having a local fan taking me to an Ajax exhibition (125 year anniversary), pre-match snack then getting a beer before and during the game thanks to the upgraded seat he managed to get. Highly recommended as it really enhances the experience.

  I had a wonderful match day with Pietro. He was very helpful, and even helped me get tickets to another match on the day before. On the match day, we met up, strolled around the city to get a beer and some local food, before heading to the ground. Everything very relaxed, and all the time discussing Ajax, football in general or football trips. Just a very pleasant day out, and highly recommended for anyone visiting Amsterdam.

  Had a wonderful day at the Ajax game yesterday, my family and I loved the whole experience and Pietro was a brilliant host. Really enjoyed the authentic croquettes (an Amsterdam delicacy) and a beer in a local bar before the game as well. Pietro was a top guy and a wealth of knowledge, giving us loads of football stories which makes these trips so good. This was my 5th football adventure with Homefans and every host has been amazing.

  I had a wonderful time with Pietro. Nice guy and very kind host We had a few beers before the match and eat the famous Crockets and after that went to the stadium. I had a wonderful time with him before the match and after that at the stadium. And at the end, my favorite team Lazio won the match.

  The entire experience from the booking of the event through the match and the trip back was fantastic. Pietro is a fantastic host and was great about staying in touch in the weeks leading up to the match and promptly answering any questions. He made it very easy to enjoy the match and not have to worry about anything. Along the way he shared a lot of interesting information on Ajax and Amsterdam that made the experience even more fun.   Pietro was an excellent guide for my first Ajax match. He's a wealth of knowledge about Ajax and Dutch football. He took us on a nice tour of the city with some beers and local food before the match. Everything went very smoothly and it was a great experience. A 91st-minute header from Weghorst to win the game was just the cherry on top of an already fantastic day. Thanks Pietro!

  Just a brilliant day with Pietro at Ajax v Groningen. Pietro was very helpful in the lead-up to the game, advising me of a change in kickoff time and making sure that this would not cause me issues with my flight home after the game. We met at the Centraal train station four hours before kickoff and Pietro took us for beer and food before we headed down to the stadium. We took in some of the atmosphere outside the stadium before going in shortly before kickoff. The Johan Cruyff Arena isn't much to look at from the outside, but inside it is spectacular, and the ultras made an impressive noise. Pietro really added to the experience with his great knowledge of Ajax and Dutch football in general, and his great stories. Getting from the stadium to the airport is super easy - the game finished at 6:45 and I was at the airport and through security by 8:00 - really efficient. Highly recommend making the trip to this stadium, and also very easy to do as a multi-game trip - the trains are cheap and efficient, and even somewhere like Groningen is only 2 hours from Amsterdam.

  I had a great time watching this match and would highly recommend for anyone wanting to experience an Ajax match and the Johan Cruijff ArenA. From booking Pietro was very helpful and communicated very well informing me of a change in the date for the match and in general for my stay in Amsterdam about sites to visit, transport tickets and more. On the day itself, unfortunately the weather was very bad so we didn't explore Amsterdam as much, but we still had a good time enjoying some Heinekens and local Dutch food which I hadn't tried before, which was very good! Pietro is very knowledgeable and one of my favourite things about the experience was learning about Ajax and talking about Dutch football including other Eredivisie clubs, players and The Nederlands in general. The match itself was a close one with Ajax winning 2-1 including some good goals and plenty of attacking play. Myself, the 2 other lads from the UK who were on this experience, Pietro and his friend were all able to sit together behind the Ultras where there was a very loud atmosphere and we all had good views of the pitch. Thanks again Pietro!

  I booked for the SC Heerenveen game that has jus taken place on Sunday 5th November 2023. From first booking the experience, Pietro was fantastic in reaching out to me to introduce himself and offer any advice for visiting Amsterdam. When the game was move from the Saturday, Pietro contacted myself to make sure that I could attend and arrange a different meeting place due to me going to see FC Utrecht earlier in the day. It was great to meet a a Father and Son who had also booked this game through Homefans/Pietro and that made the day even better. We were very lucky to get seats behind the Ajax “Ultras” end and Pietro’s knowledge on Ajax is immense. This was then completed by a 4-1 victory for Ajax which is a rare experience indeed so far this season (only joking Pietro!). I would wholeheartedly recommend going on this experience and having Pietro as your host. Thanks again Pietro.
