Seats were good, no issues getting into the ground and the catch up with other members of the group attending the game was fine. However this one was just missing some of that full pre-game experience that others offer that makes going to a game in Buenos Aires special. Bit more interaction and experience of pre-game outside the ground with the Velez fans would have been great.

Hi, We traveled from the Netherlands with a group of friends to attend the match between Velez Sarsfield and River Plate on February 22nd. In the days prior to the game, our host offered to arrange transportation for after the match, and the instructions beforehand were very clear. We met about two hours before kickoff for some drinks, and around an hour before the game our host guided us to the stadium, which was only a short walk away. They made sure everyone stayed together and entered the stadium safely. The atmosphere inside the stadium was incredible, and Velez’s victory made the experience truly unforgettable. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend watching a Velez match when visiting Buenos Aires.
