We’re scaling fast, with a growing host network, new product innovations, and a completely new platform. We’re now looking for a Senior Growth Marketer who can take our marketing engine from good → world-class.

Role Overview

You will be the owner of the entire Homefans growth funnel from acquisition to conversion to retention. You won’t be alone: we already have a pool of specialists in Performance Marketing, CRM, and Content. Your job is to unify everything, find the revenue opportunities, run experiments, improve conversion, and build a predictable growth engine.

This is a strategic + hands-on role. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Supply, and Tech to make sure the entire funnel works toward one thing: booking growth and revenue.

What You’ll Own

  1. Conversion (your #1 KPI)
  • Improve landing pages and product pages
  • Run CRO experiments with Product & Tech
  • Fix funnel leaks end-to-end
  • Add trust, urgency, and better UX signals to drive bookings
  1. Funnel Strategy Across Performance → Content → Conversion

You create one coherent growth strategy:

  • You brief Performance on messaging/tests
  • You steer Content on what stories and UGC improve conversion
  • You guide Conversion on lifecycle flows that increase retention
  • You set priorities and weekly focus
  1. Growth Experimentation
  • Run weekly growth sprints (experiments on ads, copy, pages, product formats)
  • Use data to test, learn, iterate
  • Make what works repeatable
  1. Reporting & Analytics
  • Own funnel dashboards (GA4 + Looker)
  • Build clean, reliable growth reports
  • Track CAC, ROAS, LTV, and channel mix
  • Spot bottlenecks before they hit revenue
  1. Loyalty & Referral Growth
  • Work with CRM to launch and optimise referral/credit system
  • Grow repeat bookings from 20% → 30%+
  • Build LTV up through lifecycle programs
  1. Cross-Functional Growth Leadership

You don’t manage a big team: you coordinate specialists and own outcomes.

  • Align with Product on CRO & UX needs
  • Coordinate with Supply for priority cities/clubs
  • Feed insights into product formats and new experience launches

Requirements

  • 3–6 years in growth marketing or full-funnel marketing
  • Experience in marketplaces, travel, experiences, or D2C performance
  • Strong analytical mindset (GA4, Looker Studio, attribution, cohorts)
  • Hands-on CRO and landing page experience
  • Solid performance marketing knowledge (Meta/Google) not executing day-to-day but steering
  • Experience with CRM/lifecycle (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Comfortable running experiments and moving fast
  • Ability to orchestrate multiple channels & stakeholders
  • Bias for execution, clarity, and ownership
  • Passion for sports and travel is a big plus
