No. Your match ticket is handled by your host, either passed to you directly on the day or linked to a facial-ID registration completed before the match, depending on the stadium. Either way, your host manages the entry process so you're never navigating it alone.

Will I sit together with my group?

Yes. Your host arranges seats together in the section of your chosen experience.

Can I pay a deposit?

Accepted Answer

For bookings with a total value of €1,000 or above, you can split the payment 50/50. Pay 50% now to secure your spot, the remaining 50% closer to the date. The deposit option appears automatically at checkout when your total reaches €1,000.

Do I need to register or provide ID before the match?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the stadium. Boca Juniors at La Bombonera only requires a valid photo ID on the day, which stadium staff may check against your ticket. River Plate at El Monumental, and Flamengo and Fluminense at the Maracanã, use facial-ID entry systems instead, your face is your ticket, so every guest must be enrolled with full passport details and a photo before matchday. If your experience requires this, our team will contact you right after booking, and enrollment can't be completed at the gate, so a fast reply matters.

Is transport to the stadium included?

Accepted Answer

Only on experiences marked "with transport," which include hotel pick-up and drop-off. Otherwise, your host meets you at a set meeting point before the match.

What does the pre-match experience include?

The previa: drinks, food and songs with local fans before walking to the stadium together as the crowd builds.

Yes. Matchday neighbourhoods can be intense for first-time visitors, but your host manages meeting points, transport and entry, so you're guided through all of it rather than figuring it out alone.

Yes, when fixtures are announced. These are among our most requested experiences and sell out fast, especially where facial-ID enrollment is required, so booking as early as the fixture is confirmed matters more than usual.
