Homefans – Local Host / Guide Global Agreement

1. Purpose

This Agreement governs the collaboration between Homefans and the Local Host/Guide to deliver unique local
experiences across different regions (Brazil, Latam, Argentina, and Europe), as listed and marketed on the
Homefans platform.

2. Scope of Services

The Host designs and leads cultural, sporting, or food-related experiences that are authentic and safe, aligned with
Homefans’ standards of quality and hospitality. The Host manages logistics (including third-party coordination) and
communicates promptly with travelers via the platform. Homefans provides global marketing, booking and messaging
tools, support, and training.

3. Type of Experiences

  • Matchday Experience (3–5 hours)
  • Non-Matchday Experience (2–3 hours)
  • Day Trip (6–10 hours)
  • Multi-Day Trip (2–11 days)

4. Fees & Compensation (General)

  • Marketplace Products: the Host manages the experience; Homefans retains a commission.
  • Homefans-Led Products: Homefans manages operations and pays the Host a fixed fee plus variable commissions.

Exact figures vary by region (see Annexes).

5. Payouts (General)

Payments are made via bank transfer or PayPal (minus applicable fees). Frequency varies by region (see Annexes).

6. Responsibilities & Expectations

Local Host is expected to Homefans will
Offer a unique, safe, and enjoyable experience. Promote experiences via its website and global marketing.
Maintain a minimum 4.8-star rating. Provide tools for bookings, customer messaging, and support.
Follow local regulations. Offer guidance and training to new hosts.
Be punctual and professional.

7. Cancellation Policy (General)

The Host must immediately inform Homefans in case of cancellation. In situations of force majeure (illness, family
emergency, severe weather, strikes), no penalties apply if justification is provided within 48 hours. Specific penalties,
deductions, and notice periods vary by region (see Annexes).

8. Code of Conduct

The Host agrees to uphold values of inclusion, respect, and hospitality. Discrimination, harassment, or unprofessional
conduct will result in immediate termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All content created (photos, videos, listings) may be used by Homefans for promotional purposes. The Host retains rights
to personal media but grants Homefans a non-exclusive license for marketing.

10. Final Provisions

This Agreement guides the relationship between Homefans and Local Hosts. Homefans may modify terms with prior notice.
This does not establish an employment contract.


Annexes — Regional Specifications

Annex A — Brazil

Aspect Details
Marketplace 30–40% commission on Matchday (depending on paid traffic investment); 25% on Non-Matchday.
Payouts Weekly (bank transfer / PayPal).
Homefans-Led / OTA Fixed base fee + €15 / €12 / €10 per guest (max €200/day) + €10 per add-on item.
Only Tickets Host may arrange ticket purchase and delivery.
Cancellations Full refund to guests if no replacement; deduction from the next host payment.

Annex B — Latam

Aspect Details
Marketplace 20% commission.
Payouts Biweekly.
Incentives +5% on holidays/derbies; +€15 last-minute (<24h).
OTA +5% extra commission (on Marketplace sales).
Cancellations Penalties by notice period: €15 / €30 / €50; possible suspension.

Annex C — Argentina

Aspect Details
Marketplace 20% commission.
Payouts Biweekly.
Incentives +5% on holidays/derbies; +€15 last-minute (<24h).
OTA +5% extra commission (on Marketplace sales).
Cancellations Penalties by notice period: €15 / €30 / €50; possible suspension.

Annex D — Europe

Marketplace 25–30% commission (depending on complexity/location).
Payouts Weekly or biweekly.
Homefans-Led Base fee €30/45/70 + variable €10/7/5 per guest (tiered).
Incentives +5% on holidays/derbies; +€20 last-minute (<24h).
OTA +5% extra commission (on Marketplace sales).
Cancellations Penalties: €20 / €35 / €60; same-day cancellation = suspension + €80 fine.
