Terms & Conditions – Homefans Giveaway

The promoter of this giveaway is Homefans.

The giveaway is open to legal residents of European countries, including EU member states, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and other non-EU European countries., aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. The giveaway opens on 08 January an closes at 23:59 (GMT) on 16th of January. Entries received after this time will not be valid.

Employees of Homefans, their immediate families, or anyone professionally associated with the giveaway are not eligible to enter. To enter, participants must follow the Homefans account, like the giveaway post, and tag at least one friend in the comments. Each comment counts as one entry.

One winner will be selected at random using a random entry generator. The winner will be announced on 17th of January via Homefans’ Instagram and/or Facebook Stories.

The prize consists of:
– Two (2) matchday tickets for a football match at the San Siro
– A hosted matchday experience with a local Homefans representative
– A £100 (GBP) contribution towards flights and accommodation

The winner may express a preference for either fixture; however, Homefans reserves the absolute right to determine which match is provided, subject to availability and operational requirements.

Flights, accommodation, transfers, meals, visas, travel insurance, and any other expenses are not included in the prize unless expressly stated.

The £100 contribution will be provided as a single payment and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative services. The winner is solely responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be resold. If the winner does not respond to direct contact within 48 hours of being notified, Homefans reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Homefans accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage suffered as a result of participation in the giveaway or attendance at the event, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and giveaway to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the giveaway.
Homefans reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw the giveaway at any time if circumstances beyond its control require.
