When will I receive my ticket and matchday details?

After booking, your place is confirmed. Around a week before the experience, a WhatsApp group will be created with your host where you'll receive the latest details and can ask any questions. Your ticket information, meeting point, timings and any important entry instructions will be shared with you before matchday, so you'll have everything you need for the experience.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Yes, you can request a cancellation. The terms that apply to your booking are shown on each experience page before you book. Day Tours: cancellations are accepted, and the refund depends on how far in advance you cancel. Trips: cancellations are accepted, and what you get back (refund or credit) depends on how far in advance you cancel. The service fee is non-refundable on guest cancellations.
