Club América Match Day Experience, Estadio Banorte (Azteca)

A fantastic night watching Club America win with Gustavo despite the weather! The whole experience was excellent, easy to book, great communication from Manu regarding the arrangements and perfect hosting from Gustavo on the match day. Gustavo is one of life’s enthusiasts and it was great to share the match day experience with him as well as plenty of beer! I would recommend going to a match with them and it was one of the highlights of my trip to Mexico City.

Great experience! The whole process was well organized and they took good care of us. The game was a blast, and having the jersey to bring home was the cherry on top. 10/10

What a night! The skies opened up with rain, thunder rocked the stadium, and lightning had us all wondering if the game would even happen. When the players finally took the field, the energy was louder than the storm outside. Through it all, your team took such good care of us, ensuring we were comfortable and having fun, no matter the weather. It was one of those nights that felt bigger than just a game - full of atmosphere, excitement, and laughs. Thank you for giving us the best time ever!

Fantastic night out in Mexico City. Great experience with Manu, highly recommend. Easy and smooth transfer to the game and back, great food and drinks included.

Where to even begin... I'm a huge football fan and for my bachelor party in CDMX wanted an authentic, vibrant experience that isn't common in the U.S. (although we're making progress). The game we chose, Club America v Toluca happened to be 1 v 2 in the table and was one of the biggest games of the Clausura 2024. So already, the atmosphere was going to be incredible. Manu picked up our group at our home and took care of everything; we had beers & waters waiting for us, he educated the group on Mexican football, even though neither of the teams playing were his. We went to a great local taco spot for a late lunch before the game, and then we tailgated in the parking lot before the game with other groups with Homefans as well as local fans. And then we got in the stadium. Better than anything I could have imagined. He set up a dedicated concessions seller, so we were able to get whatever we wanted in our seats without having to go too far. Las Águilas were up 3-1 within 30 minutes and cruised to a huge 5-1 win (we also hit on the over ). After the game, while we were in the tunnel waiting for our group to finish in the bathroom, we sang, danced, bonded with local fans who loved that we were supporting their club, and together, with these people's children, formed a dance circle and gently taunted the away fans as they left the stadium. The tunnel dance party is probably the most memorable group activity my friends and I have ever had. We've talked about it every day for a week, and that will likely continue. We're also now the group photo at the top of this page. Manu is the man. I can't recommend him highly enough for how he took care of us, and I must recommend that every football fan coming to CDMX that wants to see Club America does it with Homefans, and does it with Manu. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

This was the most memorable part of my trip to Mexico City. Manu was so helpful and accommodating. He took great care of us and made us feel safe through the entire experience. He even gave us a free gift to represent our favorite team! The culture of soccer is amazing in Mexico City. Would definitely recommend this to any soccer fan!

Definitely a must do experience! Not only that Manu it’s a great host, it’s everything: transportation, beverage, food, tailgating and of course the game! No worries Manu and team will take care of you! It’s a fact ! Just enjoy

I had a brilliant time with Manu at Club America and the incredible Aztec stadium!! He made sure we all had a great time!! I would definitely recommend joining Manu for a game or two!! Muchas Gracias!

Overall great experience! Firstly a big shoutout to Manu!! Who made the trip smooth, organised and a great experience. I am so glad, that i did it via HomeFans. Because Manu made the trip worth it. Manu was organised from the moment of booking. The reason I am glad that I booked with HomeFans was because it would of been a nightmare getting in and out of the stadium. It rained the whole game and my Spanish is very poor. So booking through HomeFans, Manu pick us up, he took us to a local taco shop. For a pre match food and drink. Then we tailgated in the car park, Manu also can take you to the local store to buy match day souvenirs. However a nice touch from Manu, was that he gifted everyone with a Club America Shirt. So it made you feel part of the game. Like I mention it rained the whole game, lucky enough Manu had ponchos at the ready for everyone which was a bonus as myself and my friend didn’t have a rain jacket with us. The game we went to was Club America Vs Chivas (Clásico De Mexico) which is Mexico biggest game. This is the reason why we went. If you’re looking for a fiery rivalry like Boca v River or Inter v AC. Then perhaps you won’t get that at this game. As both sets of fans sit within in each other. However the game itself was a great experience and the atmosphere was decent (even with a heavy rain down pour) and was great to experience visiting the Aztec stadium especially being an England fan (World Cup 1986). Hopefully come World Cup 2026 the stadium doesn’t lose it soul. Overall fully recommend this experience and thank you to Manu for looking after us.

Azteca was amazing! Manu was Amazing! He ensured that everyone on the experience was having a good time. I enjoyed every moment of the game Only thing America needs to win next time.
