Eintracht Frankfurt Matchday - Experience the City's Culture with a Local Fan

Football is lived in Frankfurt as religion. And a Matchday is lived as such! We will start in a traditional "Apfelweinwirtschaft", a traditional type of restaurant in Frankfurt where in contrast to the rest of Germany Beer is not the drink of choice but instead it is Apfelwein literally translated as Apple Wine which could be similar to Cider but is served in a "Bembel" and drunk in a "Geripptes". We will try the Apfelwein and get some basic information before heading to the stadium. Near the stadium we'll try the traditional stadium German food and will head into the Waldstadion area. There a visit of the official Eintracht Store and the Eintracht Museum will be possible (entry price to museum not included). We will enjoy the game with great visibility not only to the ground but to both home and away curves where the Ultras stand. A debrief of the game will be done on the way out of the stadium and I will guide you back into the city center.
