Matchday Experience Sport Lisboa e Benfica

If you want to experience Benfica the way locals do, this is it.

Join Afonso, a lifelong Benfica fan from Lisbon, for a matchday you won’t forget. This isn’t just about watching a football game — it’s about feeling what it means to be part of something bigger. Afonso will take you through the real pre-match build-up: the streets around the stadium buzzing with energy, local bars filled with fans singing and debating line-ups, and the shared excitement that starts hours before kick-off.

You’ll hear stories of Benfica’s past and what the club really means to the people here — from legends of Eusébio to the symbolism of the eagle that flies before every match. Whether it’s your first time at a football game or you’ve travelled the world for it, seeing Benfica at Estádio da Luz is something special. The atmosphere is intense, emotional, and pure football.

Afonso doesn’t just show you the stadium — he brings you into the heart of Benfica’s world. You’ll arrive as a visitor but leave feeling like part of the family.
